To allow ample time for your appointment, and to ensure that we are consistently on time, our policy is to reschedule clients who are more than 30 minutes late. In return, we take responsibility for any staff member who is more than 30 minutes late and offer you a complementary discount towards your next visit.
Additionally, our salon system allows us to confirm your next appointment via text message or email. This is an automated service, so please just confirm Y (yes) or N (no) If you do not wish to use this service.
The Check in
a BRB Sigh in Sheet is provided to obtain your contact information to better service you for future appointments. A BRB staff memember will throughly go over our policies and procedures before your hair service begins.
All Payments are required up front. Credit Cards; You must present picture ID before service is rendered (We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) Deposit; A deposit is required for all styles that have pre-ordered material. (We can take payment over the phone,)
Tardy 4 the Hair party
A telephone call is required if you are going to be late, otherwise we will assume that your appointment is canceled.
Cancellation and No Shows
Please inform the boutique 48hrs in advance if you need to cancel. We understand that appointments can occassionally slip your mind and therefore we offer reminder calls prior to each appointment. Should you fail to show up for your appointment, we will gladly reschedule that appointment twice. Following the third "no show", a credit card will be required to rebook the appointment. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in the case of the third "no show".
B. Rouge appreciates all our guests as a whole, we are a commission system salon therefor, If you are unable to attend an appointment, we would greatly appreciate your help in providing us as much notice as possible to allow our staff to rebook that time slot.
A $35 consultation fee is applied to same day appointments only (no exceptions)
Our waiting space is limited and may not be able to accomodate other guests.
Children under the age of 13 re not permitted in the boutique unless attending a schedule appointment. (We currently only service children for Loc Maintenance & Press n Curl) B. Rouge has endeavored to create a relaxing atmosphere that adults can enjoy. Our goal of offering superior Service is best accomplished when we can work one on one with you, free from distractions. When scheduling your appointment we ask that you allow yourself the opportunity to relax and indulge in being pampered in a way that can only be accomplished when you are kid free. This helps preserve the relaxing environment for our other guest as well.

We do not offer Refunds. If in the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your service, do not hesitate to let us know and we will make every attempt to satisfy you. When we know better we do better.
experience begins with a B.Rouge meet and greet, followed by a mini consultations. Our front desk manager or salon assistant will get you checked in and ready for your B. Rouge Visit.
Although, we operate by appointment only we double book on our high volume days according to the service being rendered, If you need to be in and out just simply let the front desk know during your time of scheduling and we will accomadate you. We DB on Friday's and Saturdays.
